Myles Alexander Netherton, born in Massachusetts, is a contemplative writer, traveler and visionary who hones his wide range of skills to become a storyteller for today’s generation. His upbringing through the special education system opened him to unique insight towards problem-solving amongst troubled youth as well as a productive pathway that embraces social, personal and emotional growth. Understanding this underrepresented demographic, Myles seeks to bring his authentic journey of human relations, global travel and zeal for popular culture to collaborate professionally through performance and entertainment with community impact.
-The Gifford School-
I am the poster child of The Gifford School. An award-winning therapeutic day school that has mastered the formula for social and personal growth by responding to the complex needs of childrens’ learning and emotional challenges. I hold the experiences I’ve had with Gifford sacred in my storytelling mission to create authentic resonance and inspiration for young adults.
I believe in the spirit of Gifford with every fiber of my being. That’s why I make it my interest to revisit for annual events and ensure any possibility to give back to early education.
-Anime Boston-
I have been a con-goer and collaborator with Anime Boston for over 12 Years, having played a part in their major events and staff team. Anime Boston is New England’s largest titular convention, bombastic for its cosplay events, industry guests and even Japanese Rock Concerts.
In 2013, I main-evented Anime Boston Cosplay Chess as the historian character Lavi from D.Gray-Man, complete with his self-designed giant hammer. Anime Boston has played a crucial role in my networking and event-planning strategy both on-stage and as a quick-responding technician.
-TaeKwon Do-
I am a 2nd Degree Blackbelt from a globally-recognized TaeKwon Do Institute. Martial Arts has played a pivotal role as one of my main disciplines and I apply our network’s tenants of perseverance, unity and ethical self-conduct into my business vision for distinguished community success.
-Vancouver Film-
Vancouver Film School is a richly diverse, prestigious technical institute where I received my training as a professional writer in multiple media outlets. VFS presents an industry-standard education in world-building, character writing, advertising and franchise development. My hard work and due diligence lead me to achieving the department cup, the highest award the writing program offers. My concentration is in writing for animation and video games but I am qualified in a wide range of tasks.
-Mission Statement & Philosophy-
As a creative promoter, I’m here to help spread productive and inspirational messaging to a wide, global audience. This includes projects that fulfill an artistic vision or uniting a community. All worthwhile projects come true through teamwork, effective listening and consistent communication. My proposal with each client is going to invoke these principles into the mutual foundation I will work at to achieve with you. I make it my goal to impart profound storytelling through writing and marketing to encourage personal growth in children and adults. I believe that for our younger generation to achieve the best in these trying times, we need to maintain an image of The Best.
